01 / PRIMARY SERVICE
We work across the exhibitor’s real task: stand function, brand narrative, open sides, product presentation, meeting areas and technical constraints.
Fabrication, installation, logistics, utilities and approvals are included only after a project-specific check and a written proposal.
02 / SUPPORTING SERVICE
For launches, branded environments, concert and corporate events, we can plan temporary space: entrance structures, guest areas, scenic backdrops, branding and wayfinding.
Ticketing is limited to operational coordination with the client-selected licensed ticketing provider. We do not claim ticket issuance, payment processing or merchant-of-record status without a separately verified legal and technical setup.
FROM BRIEF TO A VERIFIABLE PLAN
Event, site plan, area, open sides, timing, brand and stand functions.
Translate the brand task into visitor movement, meetings, product display and visual priorities.
Before final scope, review organiser requirements, submissions, access and venue limitations.
Supplier, timing, materials and responsibilities are confirmed for the specific project, not assumed in advance.
Set clear checkpoints before opening, during the event and at dismantling.
FAQ / FOR PROCUREMENT AND MARKETING TEAMS
Event name and dates, plan and stand number, area, open sides, brand requirements, functions, approval deadline and a budget indication.
Before technical review, only scenarios and working ranges are responsible. A final price needs an approved plan, organiser requirements, defined scope, material availability and schedule.
This site does not claim a local office, factory or standing installation team in Tashkent. Any local delivery route is confirmed in writing for the specific project.
It means coordination with a licensed ticketing provider selected by the client. Ticket sales and payment processing are outside this scope unless separately contracted and verified.
