Stand builder for UzBuild 2027, Tashkent

UzBuild 2027, the 28th Uzbekistan International Construction Exhibition, runs 16–18 March 2027 at Uzexpocentre NEC in Tashkent, organised by Iteca Exhibitions (source: official UzBuild website). VAV Grup designs and produces custom stands in Istanbul (İkitelli OSB) and delivers and builds them on site in Uzbekistan. VAV Grup is not the organiser or an official contractor of UzBuild.

Why the March date matters

With the show opening on 16 March 2027, the design and production window falls in winter. Road freight from Istanbul to Tashkent crosses several borders, so we plan transport with buffer days and confirm the route and customs handling with the forwarder named in the organiser’s exhibitor manual.

What to prepare before you brief us

• Hall, stand number and stand type (space-only or shell scheme).
• Stand size (m²), open sides, and products you will show (heavy machinery and building materials often need floor-load and access checks).
• The 2027 exhibitor manual: build-up dates, design-approval deadline, height limits and electrical orders.

Timeline (counting back from 16 March 2027)

• 10–12 weeks before: brief, 3D concept and budget.
• About 8 weeks before: design package to the organiser, as the manual requires.
• 5–6 weeks before: production and trial assembly in Istanbul.
• 3–4 weeks before: road freight to Tashkent and customs clearance.
• Build-up days: installation by our crew; dismantling after the show.
